Every Monday morning Jack Callaghan’s two-bedroom flat in Highgate is immaculate. Callaghan is the cleaning influencer whose videos feature tips on everything from “damp dusting” to kettle descaling and eco-friendly laundry liquid. “What everyone comes back for is the Sunday Reset — the routine I like to do every Sunday myself,” he says. He films his four-hour weekly cleanathon, then edits the footage into 90-second chunks for his 1.3 million Instagram followers (@jack.designs). “People find it satisfying to watch along because they want to find some motivation and try some parts of it in their own home,” says Callaghan, 31.
The domestic guru grew up in Newcastle. His great inspiration is his mother, a nurse who “was always a big advocate of cleaning.
